Our shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the weight of your package and the distance from our store in PA to your destination.

Need it in a hurry?  UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, and 3-Day Select, as well as USPS expedited shipping are all available to you at additional cost and may be selected at checkout.

Same-Day Shipping

We do our best to ship in-stock orders within 24 hours.  Please allow an extra day or two for engraving.

We will notify you promptly if an item is temporarily out of stock, is back ordered or will be shipped directly from the factory. If you need an item rushed for a specific date, please let us know by adding a note in the comment section of your order, or Email us with your special needs.

FlagLadyGifts.com ships from Wayne, PA via United Parcel Service (UPS) or USPS, to U.S. addresses only. Orders sent to APO and FPO addresses are shipped via USPS.  Expedited shipping to APO/FPO addresses is not available at this time.

How to Check Shipping Rates Before You Buy

Put the items you wish to order in your cart and click "Estimated Shipping Charges."  Before you finalize your order or give your credit card number, you will have an opportunity to choose a shipping method and review the charges for each option.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused, the address that you provide to us is incomplete or invalid, or you cannot arrange with UPS or USPS to take delivery of your package, we will issue a refund when we receive the merchandise back, minus a 15% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges if Flag Lady Gifts paid for the shipping. If your package goes missing because you provided an incorrect shipping address, we will be unable to refund you for the order.
