Your personal ID code allows you to save phone, email or office contact info - if you're traveling you can even update hotel, airport and any other pertinent information for every single trip you take (for those of us who tend to leave our phones in the cab and our iPads at the airport). Should any of your valuables ever be misplaced, a simple scan of the easily identified QR code or unique url will provide essential basic information to do-gooders trying to return it to you.
Here's how it works:
- Purchase the RuMeID Decals
- Register your unique QR code/web ID code on RuMeID.com
- When registering, choose to enter as much or as little information as you'd like, such as name, cell number and - Should your valuable be misplaced or lost, anyone who finds it can simply scan the code with a smartphone or log on to the unique url and contact you, or arrange to have it sent to the address you've listed.
- The information held on RuMeID is safe, secure, and can only to be accessed by approved parties.
- Decals are made of heavy duty polyvinyl (that means they STICK!) and are water, weather and scratch proof.
- Set includes 3 decals.
