FlagLadyGifts.com wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer you the same 30-day return policy, whether you buy online, or in our store.

We will refund to you the cost of the merchandise, within 30 days of receipt of your order. Shipping charges are not refundable.  If Flag Lady Gifts paid for the shipping and your return brings your order total below $75, we will deduct the cost of shipping the order to you. In order to receive a refund, merchandise must be new, unused, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

If your merchandise is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please Email us right away and we will make the appropriate adjustments for you.
